BOXES AND TRAILERS FOR TRANSPORTING MERCHANDISE
For the transport of goods in closed boxes, CHEBCHEB offers a varied selection of different box models, from vans to truck chassis. CHEBCHEB dry cargo boxes are characterised by a very good payload/dead weight ratio. The main material used for this series of bodies is plywood, a multi-ply board coated with glass fibre reinforced plastic. This construction material is extremely robust and forgives a few passing branches without leaving visible traces.
In addition, the smooth surfaces make excellent advertising spaces. The CHEBCHEB range of accessories offers everything the customer needs in this transport segment, from load securing to tailgate mounting.
BODIES AND TRAILERS WITH SLIDING CURTAINS
CHEBCHEB bodies and trailers are special flatbed body constructions without side walls and with a fixed PVC roof. Designed for maximum payload and a long service life, these vehicles are often used in goods distribution and impress with their pleasant manoeuvrability when loading and unloading. The sliding tarpaulin can be opened more quickly than the sliding tarpaulin in the usual flatbed body and also stays tighter when closed.
Our product range includes curtainsiders for truck chassis in various weight categories, trailers and centre-axle trailers for the configuration of complete articulated trains. The additional equipment variants in this series allow an optimal vehicle configuration, adapted to the respective transport tasks.
DISTRIBUTION VEHICLES
Short distances save time and money for the driver. With the integral box, delivery companies can fulfil exactly these premises of their daily work, i.e. deliver and collect more parcels with the same number of stops while maintaining clarity and order in the delivery vehicle.
INTERCHANGEABLE BOXES
CHEBCHEB variable traffic equipment is designed in accordance with the applicable standards and is suitable for the transport of swap bodies according to DIN EN 284 as well as containers according to ISO-668/1496 in the size of 20 feet. The swap bodies are picked up and released by pneumatically raising and lowering the truck chassis with the aid of the air spring system on the front and rear axles and by retracting and extending the truck.
